How long have you been divorced ? What state are you filing in?
you can call H&R Block and they have a program that will tell you exactly how much you will need to pay if any.

Not enough info to determine your tax situation; that's what the tax forms are for.

Most important is what year you were divorced and whether there are kids and who has custody. If you were divorced before Jan 1 2007, you will file single or head of household depending on your qualifications.

At $22K a year income, your federal income taxes would be around $2926. This assumes that you don't have any dependents, and that your income is not from self-employment. If more federal tax than this was withheld, then you'd get the rest refunded to you.

State tax depends on where you live. And you don't get a refund on social security and medicare taxes.
