Nothing depending on why it was melted or at least how. A lot of recipes call for melting peanut butter. Also it depends on how hot the peanut butter is when melted and drank. If very hot you could burn your mouth. Melted peanut butter is quite good and I enjoy it on toast. I just never thought to drink it.

Probably nothing...I've eaten a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup that had melted in the heat of the car. Quite messy, but equally as tasty...mmmm..

mix that melted peanut butter with some hershey's chocollate syrup with some vanilla ice cream in a blender . . . . . .
