I go to a specialized coffee shop here locally and buy the dark french roast. I prefer my coffee to be very, very strong. Most of the places you listed do that consistently with the exception of Peets and Starbucks. I just don't pay $4.00 for a cup of coffee when all you have to do is get up a bit earlier each day and make it!

Starbucks usually opens at 6:30
Panera the same time.
Panare coffee is not as expensive as starbucks and taste really great. But both are my favorite.

First cup interior the morning as i watch the solar upward push out of the Atlantic Ocean interior the morning is like being in Heaven.I do bypass espresso as quickly as in a great on a similar time as, yet to no longer in many situations. particular i admire espresso with chocolates.

Go to IKEA and buy a stovetop esspresso maker for $10.
Then get a coffee grinder for $20 from Target.
Buy your own beans (Starbucks, Pete's, Caribou, Costco) and make it yourself saving lots of cash.

Dunkin Donuts is the only way to go...
I'm not a big coffee person....but will drink it from there. Their coffee rocks!

My Mom gets it at any old convenient place, usually at Starbucks.
I guess I'll be drinking coffee when I start working. Since I'm also inclined towards convenience, I'd go for McDonald's.
