Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A perennial favorite: soft melted cheese and pressed, buttery toast.
2 slices Cheddar, American, or Swiss cheese
2 slices white bread
2 tablespoons butter
Put the cheese between the slices of bread. Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a skillet or grill and when melted add the sandwich. Gently press down with a spatula once or twice during the grilling. When one side is golden, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, turn the sandwich over, and brown.
Grilled Cheese with Bacon. Fry 3 slices bacon until cooked but not crisp. Pat dry of excess fat, add on top of the cheese, and grill as directed.
Grilled Cheese with Ham. Put 2 thin slices ham on the cheese and grill as directed. Serve with sweet pickle.
Onion-Cheese Sandwich. Follow the recipe for Grilled Cheese Sandwich, but lightly coat 1 slice of bread with Dijon mustard. Sauté 3 to 4 slices onion in butter and put on top of the cheese. Cover and grill.
Tomato-Cheese Sandwich. Follow the recipe for Grilled Cheese Sandwich, but add two thin slices tomato to the sandwich before grilling.
1 Sandwich.

ABC Sandwich
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced scallions
2 tablespoons brandy
1/4 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
18 slices toasted whole-wheat bread
Leaf lettuce
12 ounces crabmeat, picked over well
to remove any shells
Tomato slices
12 slices slab bacon, cut in half,
cooked crisp and drained
2 avocados, sliced
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, scallion and brandy, mixing well. For each sandwich,
spread three pieces of bread with a portion of the mayonnaise mixture. Cover the first slice of
bread with lettuce leaves, 2 ounces of crabmeat, and one or two tomato slices. Add the second
slice of bread, and top with the four half-slices of bacon, a layer of avocado slices, another tomato
slice or two, and more lettuce. Cover with the third slice of bread, secure the sandwich with
wooden picks, if you like, and slice it in half.

OK, how about Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. You make them just as you would a grilled cheese, then for some added sweetness sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Hope this helps! Also, do you have the recipe for stuffed strawberry's, it sounds great.

Ham & Cheese sandwich is easy.
Just put a slice of ham over the bread, then a slice of cheese and top it off with another slice of bread.
If you want a better one, then just add in some leaves of lettuce, sliced tomato & cucumber between the ham & bread. This will be a more balanced diet.
Bon Appetit!

I haven't tried this. it looks good on food network.
Croque Madame Recipe
courtesy Paula Deen
8 slices sourdough bread
very thinly sliced 12 ounces smoked ham
very thinly sliced 8 ounces Gruyere
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 extra-large eggs
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Butter 1 side of each bread slice.
Set half of the slices of bread buttered side down in the griddle or cast iron skillet, and cover each with a slice of cheese.
Place 3 or 4 slices of the ham over the cheese, and place the top slice of bread over the ham, buttered side up.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until bottom is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove sandwiches and place on a plate.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top of each sandwich, and then place a slice of cheese on top.
Put the sandwiches back onto the griddle or skillet then place in oven, cooking until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over high heat. Cook each egg sunny side up. Turn egg over and cook 3 minutes longer for a soft-cooked egg, or 5 minutes longer for a hard-cooked egg.
Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
Place 1 fried egg atop each sandwich. Season egg, to taste, with salt and pepper. Serve sandwich immediately.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNDSb
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I make this after we have big turkey or chicken dinners because I always have everything as leftovers.
The Bobbie
Bread
Turkey/chicken
Stuffing
Crandberry sauce
Put the last three in between slices of the first. I like putting on mayo & mashed potatoes, too. It's also great in a wrap.
