Vote Democrat so that there is a chance he/she may actually have help in the future. Separate fact from fiction (this would encompass science from religion) and keep the fiction OUT of our education systems. Get the nutty bas**rd out of office and try him and his administration for crimes against humanity. Save the trees... kill the weeds. Etc., etc.

Do their delusions cause potential harm to themselves or others? If so, getting them to their doctor or the ER is the best thing you could do. Sick people don't always realize that they're sick, and when they become well again they are so grateful that someone cared enough to get them help. Most people will walk away from someone who shows signs of mental illness. This kind of discrimination is utterly cruel.

The best thing is to leave them alone. But with the muslims infiltrating secular lands, you can't do that.
In which case you will be forced to live alongside the delusional.
The only option out is to continually feed them with secular information and prevent them from collapsing internally with their prohibitive laws, then free some of them by forcing religious freedom.
Slowly and surely, it will become clear to everyone that those who are muslims are mentally deranged, while all others are sane.
