I'm just curious about sleeping habit of a man between 30 -35 year's old....

I suppose it varies from person to person but 7 to 9 hours should be very good. But several medical factors can affect sleep time. The major one being osa (obstructive sleep apnea). Basically this when you throat collapses on itself causing you to do thing like snore and briefly stop breathing. There are several treatments which include CPAP, surgery, and pillar implants. Consult a sleep clinic or a physician if someone you know is having difficulty with sleep.

Typically it should be 7-9 hours, if you are sleeping more or less then that you may have a sleeping problem.
