Yes, it is addictive. The good thing is that God will never leave or forsake you, and the Good Wine is always available. So, if you have a desire for Gods anointing, then just pray and ask for it.

There aren't any bad side affects like with the old wine.

It's like being in love for the first time with your first true love. It's like walking in the clouds and seeing the colors of the sky and the trees and the grass for the first time as though you had been blind before. It is very difficult to explain but many born-again believers have this experience.

No it is not an addiction. We all get high on lots of things without being addicted to them.

yes, it is a healthy addiction, with good side affects, as opposed to drugs, alcohol and gambling, which bring with it extreme heart breaking side affects

yes, its kind of getting used to safe side of life, by imagining god is there to help.

Probably this is why some people desperately defend their holy book, when some one else finds mistake in them.

I'm agnostic (former Christian) & this sounds like what they do in AA meetings. Substitute God for your drug of choice.
