as not having feelings?
How do you deal with a person you care for but they seem to want you to act like that; with no emotions.
They are emotional but do not want you to be that way.

I couldn't be someone who wanted me to behave like a robot. I need to be myself, and I suggest you be with someone who also has room for you to be yourself.

People generally feel that way when they don't know how to deal with emotions. If you're a completely normal person and not the type of person who acts out for attention or becomes too emotional for dramatic flair or other... behavioral antics...
then I'd suggest moving on. You can't really change someone, and if the person you care for is acting in such a way that's incompatible with you, then you have to give him/her space.
Maybe they'll realize (and this sounds bad, but don't hold it against me) that being a robot is not... much fun. People can't be robots. We are all emotional beings. Without emotion, there wouldn't be love. And without love, what are we?
I hope he/she realizes that we need emotions to express how we feel with one another. Who knows? You just might be the one to teach that lesson :)

Usually those who are very emotional need or desire someone who is strong enough to hold their own. In other words, they require someone who is not like them to balance things out. Of course, this can be somewhat difficult and impossible because we all feel and without emotions, we would not be human. Feelings and Emotions are pretty much the same. Love is a feeling, but when you love, you have emotions of happiness, sadness, joy, pain and sorrow.
