How much should I read into this question? I dont know if she wants a serious relationship or not.

Men often think a question like this has some sort of hidden agenda. As a woman I can tell you that family and children is usually central to thoughts of the future and she may not be implying that she wants you as the father of her children. To a woman its like asking "what plans do you have for the future, what kind of house would you like to live in, where do you see youself in five years?" And its a way of evaluating what kind of person you are. Most women want a man who likes children. She may still be sizing you up, and getting to know you a little deeper. Don't freak out....besides, it takes two to make a serious relationship...and if you don't want it ...it won't happen. If you have to wonder if this statement means she wants a serious relationship...you both are not to that level yet. When you know what she means when she speaks...and if you don't understand,you feel comfortable asking her what she means.....then you're ready to be serious.

obviously if she asked if u want kids.....she wants a serious relationship.....but u should let her know that the relationship just started and u are not thinking about that right now....honesty is always the best policy

i wouldn't worry about it. most women want to have kids, i talk about it all the time. that doesn't mean i want them tomorrow. (not for another 8 years at least)
If she really loves you of course she's going to want u to be her "babies daddy"
Just make sure u protect urself at all times n she can never "accidentally" fall pregnant.
But, really, it's normal. Don't read too far into it, ok!

Well, it depends on how old you are first of all. And mabie she is just trying to get to know who you are. Are you a talker? Do you have conversations with her about your goals and dreams?
