Use tooth paste, no joke. It seriously works!
Good luck!

OK, first up, pimples are a pain but a lot of people get them at your age. I'm 32 and I STILL get them. :-(
Another thing, you won't clear a pimple up overnight. Sorry. It just doesn't happen. What you need is a good, gentle skincare routine and a pimple treatment product.
I do not recommend Clinique 3 Step. It didn't work for me at all. Clinique have some great skincare but that range is not it. If you want to stick to Clinique, I recommend:
-- the MILD soap bar for cleansing
-- no toner. It really doesn't do anything.
-- Dramatically Different Moisturising GEL (not lotion)
Honestly though, I have had more luck with Neutrogena...
To treat the pimples:
--daily use of a Salacylic Acid (or BHA) product such as Neutrogena Skin Clearing blemish gel
-- if pimple is enormous and is in the early red/slightly sore stage, try using salt and water on it. Put some ordinary salt into your palm. Dip your other (clean) finger in some water and dab the salt - it will stick to your finger. Now dab the salty paste onto the zit and leave overnight. This can usually shrink the pimple quite a lot.
-- I don't recommend Oxy because I had a bad reaction to it but a lot of people swear by it. If it makes your skin worse, please stop using it and switch to BHA like I mentioned earlier.
-- a good concealer that matches your skin (very important!) can really help you feel better about yourself. I really recommend Revlon Colorstay Concealer - make sure you try it on first - it needs to match your skin exactly! But this stuff is my life saver when I have a bad zit.
Do not put up with bad pimples for too long. If they start getting really bad - like spreading over your face - or they hurt - or they just never ever go away, get medical advice. Dr's and dermatologists can give you stronger products to try.
Last thing I want to mention is - educate yourself! Find out how pimples form... a really good place to start is Paula Begoun's website (see link below).
GOOD LUCK!!

Hey, don't sweat it.
I'm thirteen years old, I just turned thirteen in December.
I don't have my period yet either, and I get pimples. I have a small skin problem but nothing major.
If you have oily skin like me, then you're probably going to want to wash your face more often.
I do that, but I shouldn't wash it as much as I do. If you wash it too much, you can dry your skin out which causes more pimples. If you don't wash it enough, more oil gets in your skin and then forms more acne. So you have to wash it maybe about 3 times a day. When you wake up, some point in the afternoon, and before you go to bed. If you keep it up, it should make the zits go away. I'm not sure if the toothpaste thing works, I tried it once, and it kinda worked but not really. I guess it just depends. If you can't get it to go away, don't worry about it, it could just be adolescence, which means you're just getting it because you're at the normal age to receive acne. So don't overwash your face, but make sure you do wash it enough at the same time. Trust me, I know how you feel. And it's worse when people are like "Hey, you've got a pimple right above your lip!" Thanks jerk, you think I can't feel it? You know. Just don't freak about it and wash your face for whatever your skin type is- I don't know how to find that out, but I do believe that your skin is oily if it's shiny. You can also feel it on your skin. It's dry if your skin is peeling. I don't know all the rest of the skin types. Just find out what your skin type is, and buy the correct face washes.
Hope I helped! =)

Keep your hands and hair off of your face. The oils from your hands and hair will only make the acne worse. Best you can do is keep your skin clean, wash with a fragrance free and non irritating face wash. Use a benzoyl peroixde cream at bedtime. Make sure the percentage isnt over 2% because anything higher will actually make the acne worse. Also keep your skin moisturized with a non pore clogging lotion or cream. Cetaphil seem to work really great. And stop poking at your pimples, don't touch your face unless it is with clean hands.

Soap and water followed by mild disinfectant.
It's hormonal, and your female hormones are lagging behind your male ones. It's the male ones that cause pimples and acne.
If you've got pimples it usually follows you'll have some facial hair, at least until your female hormones catch up. When you do find growth coming in on your upper lip, DON'T wax it or use depiltaories on it. Get a men's-type electric razor and shave it -- it's much less irritating.

Do not try to pop them...i know its tempting, but dont because it makes it sooo much worst. Ask you rparents to make an appt to see a dermotolgist and ask about Ziana. Its a new acne gel that dries up pimples and helps them peel off. Then you skin should be clear in a week or so. Try it...it worked for me., and I have tried everything.

use toothpaste and never ever poke it. cause it will make the thing works, anyway. don't worry, its part of puberty. just wash your face daily with warm water and maybe you can change your pillow case frequently cause the dirt from your hair might get stuck on your face and clogging the open pores. so yar, try the toothpaste it really works and make sure its a PASTE not a GEL.
happy trying (:

Relax, you're 12, you're SUPPOSED to get pimples! Everyone at your school has them. That's part of growing up.
Believe me, no one really notices them because they're so freaked out about their OWN pimples. I know kids that never made it to their 12th birthday, so you've got nothing to complain about. Leave 'em alone, give 'em names, and they'll eventually go away.
Now get off the computer and go do your homework!

Ask your mom if you have coverage to see a dermatologist. It is really worth the $$ to go and now many insurance companies cover it. Good Luck!

have you tried a good clay mask? They can help and
be gentle on your skin. Too much washing will cause
damage as badly as too little.
