Check it once a week for signs of blood which will indicate a problem somewhere that will prompt me to see a doctor.

Every time. i gathered that if it is the right colour and shape im health. but if it has no shape its rather bad and and im not healthy. and and you can tell your future if you look at your poo in the loo.
