Evening primrose oil works for me and a cosy dressing gown, hot water bottle, bar of a chocolate and a girlie movie.

The best thing for you is birth control! If you are already on it you need to speek to your obgyn about your problem. I have the same problems. When you move around it will also help you but it will make you bleeding worse. But if the pains are that bad you need to take to your obgyn

yes you should talk to a doctor. if its really severe to where you can't function, then there could be something wrong, and if not better safe than sorry. i suggest you get some pamprin of mydol. they really are wonderful helpers.
