Well definitely not in a stock room a t work! Bad idea! lol Kiss somewhere romantic like the park or the movies too.

don't plan it, the right moment will come - preferably when you are alone...so i'd say not the movies unless you're like 13 and that's the only time you have 'alone' together until mom picks you up...

don't kiss him on his movie, kiss him on his willy.
Besides if he doesn't kiss you he's probably not worth it.
No seriously, kiss him on his shoulder or on his cheek depending on how tall you are, it doesn't really matter where you guys are, but still if he doesn't turn and kiss you on the lips, he probably isn't worth it.
