Macromedia has changed too Adobe. Adobe has a new version and you must have Quicktime installed for it to work properly. Go to the Adobe.com website. There are instructions there for installing the software. They also have a uninstaller for older flash software. Old versions have to be uninstalled before the new version will work. They have good support and the instructions are easy to follow as well.
