I stumbled upon this the other day! Maybe try some of these out. They look like so much fun. I'm going to try them with my kids. Only we use all natural peanut butter instead of Jiff because we avoid trans fat.

this is a pretty quick meal to fix and you can even do it a day ahea serve with carrots or some other veggie
this is pretty easy and you can make it a day

When I was a kid my mom would take the refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury) and make little pizzas out of them. As we got older she would let us put the stuff on. You just need some spaghetti/pizza sauce, cheese, and pepporoni (sometimes we used sliced hotdogs...but be careful to give hotdogs to small children because they can choke.)

My kids like shape sandwiches. I just cut the sandwich with a cookie cutter into different shapes. Also popular is sticks and dips. I put out apple slices, cheese slices, carrot and other veggie sticks with some dips like ranch dressing and hummus or peanutbutter. it is fun so they usually eat it right up.

You can't beat PB&J. They love it every time.
My kids liked bean burritos too. Fruit on the side, they were happy.
It's less clean up if you have finger foods. Cheese sticks, dippers, etc.
