go to run. type 'msconfig'. go to startup. and uncheck the new.net. restart you computer and you're done.

run the following two menus of ccleaner, that will take care of the problem
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues
