The answer, to coin a phrase, is blowing in the YA wind chamber. History has had more antichrist accusations/claims than this forum has questions on any given date. Popes and the great theologians have thrown the charge at each other. Preacher types can hurl it at the latest fad. Believers can charge the ramparts of hell convinced of it's identity.
Point of fact. We don't know - otherwise we would know and this question would be moot.

Since Jesus was a Jew, the Anti-Christ would probably be a Christian.
I'm sure this is just a fun coincidence, but if you rearrange the letters of "Christian" and use a "t" to represent the cross, you get "anti Christ".

The anti-Christ could not possibly a Jew. One of the things that he is seen doing is defiling the Temple. A Jew would never do such a thing.
Gelfing the anti-Christ may profess one faith or another but would certainly be a Satanist.
