Armor. My cousins are tank commanders in the Army, and they have exciting jobs. You get to drive fast and make stuff go boom.

Depends on what your interest is. My son is in Infantry - it is what he signed up for & his best friend went through OCS with him was a Harvard attorney & signed up for Infantry too. Not everyone in OCS gets the branch they sign up for. The assignment comes at or around the family picnic & not everyone was happy about their assignment. The assignment comes shortly before graduation. Most of the 99 cadets signed up for MI but 5 out of the 6 assignments went to women. 2 of the officers that did not get MI as an officer had come from MI as an enlisted.
You will get 3 choices, if I remember right, but that does not guarantee any of your choices. You have a good shot at FI, QM, TC & IN (IN most of the time - as long as you are physically what they are looking for). The rest are luck of the draw.
My son loves the Army - he is a Ranger now. Good luck & God bless you!

It depends on what you want to accomplish. What do you want to do when you get out? or do you want to retire from the service?

All I know is that ADA, IN, and AR spend a lot of time in the field, and MP's do NOT get hired as police officers as Civilians.

My suggestions are MI, AG, CM, AV, or CM, mainly because I think they're cushy and translate well into the civilian world after your service.

It is all a matter of individual taste and talent, because NOT everyone is suited for the job of their desire. One must do what one has talent for.Find out what you are good at, and do it.
