Only a certain type of primate has a soul? NO I dont think God would make all his creatures and just place a soul in just us, that doesnt make sense at all if he did that

It is possible that God wanting us to be perfectly happy may re-create animals and things for our happiness in heaven. I would also like to add in that animals which do not a an immortal soul like humans, but are Gods creation, should always be treated with kindness here on earth. St.Francis of Assisi is such a great saint as he is the patron saint of animals - look him up if you get a chance! God Bless

How can you put an animal on par with man who is made, "a little lower than the angels;" destined to become children of God?
The animals were created 'lower' than man, to be in subjection to him.
This doesn't mean you can't love and enjoy them, but to give them the same 'potential' as man means that the opinion offered in your question is a bit unbalanced. Salvation is not offered to animals.

God loves us, and what's important to us is important to Him. He knows how much you loved your dog, and I believe that He will make it possible for us to be with our pets again in Heaven.

I heard your dog has been holding a grudge against you for feeding him cheap dog food. He won't be so happy to see you in heaven, that's for sure.

if there is such thing as heaven, which i believe is not true, dongs dont go to heaven according to the christian myth... if animals go to heaven, can you spell, cow dung? chicken droppings?
