Bread, rice and pasta fill you up. BUT only eat whole wheat rice or pasta or bread. Don't eat white rice or pasta or bread it is very bad for you and makes you fat, it has no vitamins at all. Wheat Rice and pasta and bread will make you feel full and they are high in fiber and low in calories. Whole Grain rice and pasta does not make you as fat as white rice or pasta. Stay away from white rice and pasta.
Also, you can eat a large bowl of 100% whole wheat cereal when you are hungry with lowfat milk.
Try to eat natural foods. Whole wheat, fruits and vegies.
If you just feel like a snak, eat carrots or hand full of unroasted peanuts or almonds. Make sure they are not roasted. I like fresh peantus the best and they fill you up...but don't eat to much, just a hand full.
I think that it's not how much you eat but WHAT you eat. Natural foods digest faster and therefore don't make you fat unless you pig out! Good luck!
OH, and one more thing, this might be tough for you but, try to stay away from all meat.
Meat digests very slow. Im a vegitarian so I don't eat meat at all. I do however eat fish, eggs, lowfat milk, and cheese.
If you can't stay away from meat, eat as little as possible. It digests very slow and its just plain out bad for you. Milk and eggs have all the vitamins and proteins that meat have. Fish is really good for you too.
ONE MORE THING. Eat 5 times a day, breakfast, before lunch, lunch, after lunch and lite dinner. Eat as many times as you want. That way you body digests food little by little.
If you eat a heavy meal its like a bomb to you digestive system. Its better to give it small doses around the clock.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. HARD BOILED EGGS R GOOD.

Early in the morning, the earlier the better if you are on a diet, eat cereal with almonds in it. The earlier that you eat, the more calories that you can burn before you go to bed. At lunch eat meat, not fatty meat, but lean meat like turkey or chicken. At dinner eat light, not so light that you are hungry again in 1 hour, but light. Exercise 20 min/day and you can eat what you want 1 night per week.

Theres this diet out there called a one a day carrot diet. Your suppose to eat a carrot and drink a glass of water before you eat dinner. This is so your stomach has no room left for deserts so you drop alot of pounds. I do the diet every now and then but i eat carrots before everymeal and i usually go through one water bottle every 30 minutes.

First of all dont be too harsh on your body... that is the rule number 1..... Please note that most of the time the problem is not with the deit that we eat it is with our eating habits....
Have a light breakfast like two toasts with milk.... have heavy lunch .... and a very light dinner prefer fruits at dinner..... you should be feeling little hungry when you go to sleep..... by heavy lunch i mean that if you want to eat 3 burgers retrict yourself to two....... However you can make modifications in above plan but remember NEVER EAT AT UR FULL CAPACITY.....
and beileve me if you follow the above method you will find a difference very soon without being harsh on ur body....
This method will bring your weight to ideal weight and this will make your that you dont get underweight....... this is an automatic and natural way of attaining the weight that best suits you.....
THIS TAKES LITTLE MORE TIME THAN OTHER FITNESS PLANS BUT THIS IS PURELY NATURAL >>> AND FEASIBLE>>>> NOT COSTING YOU AN EXTRA PENNY OR TIME.....

Grapefruit juice worked for me. It's high in sugar though, so I wouldn't recommend it. Eating more 'smaller' meals throughout the day is probably the most effective for me. I generally eat every 2 hours...a yogurt or cottage cheese with a small amount of fruit. Diets have a tendency to not work.

It's not considered food, but water helps keep you full. Most of the time, when we crave food, our bodies are actually just dehydrated and need water. So before you start eating something, you should drink a tall glass of water to make sure you are really hungry.

I have always equated that having a "full" feeling to that of feeling miserable from eating to much. think about it, getting a "full feeling" is the same as gluttony, you should never eat to get that "full feeling", just eat something small but healthy to take away that craving, like water or chewing gum. Just because it is time to eat doesn't mean it is time for you to eat.
