is there a program that i can use to copy and paste articles from the net with the pictures?

Select/Cut/Paste into Word works just fine, however, if you do not allow cookies, when you reopen a saved file, your images will have changed to red Xs.

In order to avoid side tables and unwanted material, you may have to select a bit at a time. With images, you can try to copy or you may have to right-click, and "save image as."
