can i install windows xp with 1 cd BUT with 2 cd keys?

iv lost my other cd but i still hav the cd keys , can i still reinstall BOTH with the same cd ?

You can only install the CD that you have the key to. You cant put the other key and get it to work!

It depends on type of product keys you have. Different versions of Windows XP use different sets of product key. Say, you can't use XP Pro keys for XP Home installation CD. Besides, the sets of keys for retail and OEM version CDs are totally different. You can't use an XP Pro retail key for XP Pro OEM CD (though... OEM Media Center keys can be used for OEM Professional)

Make sure your keys belongs to the same version of Windows and verify whether they are retail or OEM key before reinstall XP. Check your installation CD also for version details (retail/OEM).
