This is a new (Xmas) Laptop with up to date Norton Antivirus on a high speed cable connection. It is not a problem with the hardware as Internet Explorer opens all files successfully, but for security reasons, would prefer to use FireFox. Have un-installed and then re-installed FireFox (latest Version) with no improvement. Has anybody else had similar problems and if so, did you find a resolution? Hope so!

your browsers might already been bugged or a virus corrupted them. try reinstalling them or upgrading them to higher versions. if you cant, i suggest you try Netscape. or sometimes your hardware can also affect your viewing. some Video cards are not capable or weak in playing videos on the web. or your probably low in memory. or lastly your connection is also slow.
