Well you said eat cereal, you didnt say making a bowl. So as you chew, you swallow the milk, then the cereal. So the milk goes first.

cereal, because this way you know how much cereal is in the bowl before you put in the milk..i always want a full bowl of cereal not a full bowl of milk..

cereal then milk that way you kno how much milk you need to go with the cereal and since i like my cereal crispy i dont like alot of milk and you just cant do it the other way lol
