This can have several reasons.
The border may be a seperate image. (or actually several images)
It may be a table, which is HTML coded and not included in the image.
You may be looking at the blue outline of a link. That is not copied when copying an image.

You can try pressing prt scr and ctrl v in a graphics program, so you can cut out what you want there. I believe you can also paste it in Word, but that will give you a picture of the whole page you're looking at, which I dont think is what you need.

By pressing Ctrl+A, you are selecting only the text contents but not the images and borders.

They have to be copied separately and pasted.

First of all copy all the text from the webpage and then copy the images or borders and paste them at the appropriate places.

If you could not copy the pictures or borders, then right click on them and save them on your computer. Then open with Internet Explorer and copy paste.

when you press Ctrl+A, you only select all contents. After that press Ctrl+C and then paste(Ctrl+V) it in Microsoft word 2003.
