Everytime I walk by this guy, he looks me right in the eye and holds the eye contact till he passes or I look away. I've caught him staring at me across the room several times. He rarely smiles though and he doesn't say much to me. I'm a very shy person, so I'm not the type to go up and just start a conversation. I work with him and he's a nice guy, I just don't know him that well. Do you think he's attracted to me or is he just crazy or something?

Unless you have something green and unfortunate hanging out of your nose, or tend to dance on your desk whenever there's music on, there's a definitely a possibility of him being attracted to you. Social norms say that a glance held over 1.5 seconds indicates attraction. If you want to know more or start a conversation, just go on a coffee run or something similar and ask him if he wants anything, you'll be able to tell if he's into you or if he's crazy by the way he responds.

He likes you or hes wondering about you. When i look into a girls eyes i want to learn more about her.
If you guys are both staring at each other from far away they hes shy also. Say hi, look at them back. You know he might just not be looking at your eyes you know.

What do you think? Of course he likes you. If you aren't totally exaggerating the story (like really he only looked at you twice and it was because you were standing in front of the Victoria's Secret store) but if it is all true then YEP!

sounds like he is attracted to you, maybe he is shy as well so you might just want to say hi next time you walk past him, might open the conversation up
