If I were a girl, I would not date someone who could get in trouble over it...it's selfish and crude. If that guy wanted to be a life time registered sex offender, and a felon, then go for it!

The only reason i can think that a guy would go to jail for dating someone is if the person he was dating was underage. If that is the case - then no don't do that to him or to yourself. If it is meant to be waiting a few years won't kill you, and will save a lot of people a lot of trouble in the long run.

In many states, even if a girl who is under 18 is willing and eager to date (have sex) - the parents can still have the guy arrest for rape.
The parents would put pressure on the girl to say: He raped me.
And if she doesn't they will make her life a living hell until she moves out.
Meanwhile, the guy is in prison and is Bubba's favorite *****. If the guy makes it out of prison, he has to spent the rest of his life registering as a sex offender. Which also means there are neighborhood where he cannot live, and jobs he cannot have.
There are enough females in America, that you can pick one of legal age.

If he is older then you and that is why he would go to jail then leave him alone. would you want someone to put you in jail for the same reason?

NO! there is no love worth going to jail for... If your a minor and he's old and gross just wait a few years and see if you still love him and if youdo then pursue a relationship but don't get yourself hurt.

No - be real - jail is not a nice place - why put you and him in that position. If it is underage stuff - it will last forever on his record and it is not healthy to be in relationships with underage people

Its okay to date. But something tells me there is going to be "other" stuff going on. If this is an age issue, you need to wise up. Older guy dating underage girl=thoughtless sicko.

Hell no! I won't give up my freedom for anyone sorry and if he is a minor then all I have to say is if I was his mother I would put you in prison.
