We own a small business and have employees. By law, an employer is SUPPOSED to send out W2s by January 31. If you have not received it by February 15, call your previous employer or notify the IRS as to what to do next.

Hope this helps.

In the US, it is the law. If you have not recieved your W2 by 1 FEB, then call the company and ask for it. Maybe you moved, and they send it to the last known address you gave them.
