try some lemon grass tea and ginger tea, those will help you .... don't eat it ... your not a dog or a cat

It's pretty dangerous, because if there are animals around (pets or wild animals), the grass could be contaminated with feces. You could get E. coli, and that would definitely not help with stomach aches.

In reality no one knows the real reason why dogs eat grass. It could be for fiber, it could be for digestion, perhaps they like the taste, they might do it as a way to explore their environment or they could be eat the plant based on prior smells left on the plant. There is still no direct answers.

Well, animals eat it when they have an upset stomach, but it usually is used to make them throw up so their tummy feels better, so unless you want to puke, don't do it.
