switch (gradually) to a different food
try an over-the-counter antacid/gas reliever
If your dog eats too fast, feed smaller meals more frequently.

Check with your vet first, though.

What does your dog eat? Wheat, soy are major offenders. Some kibble is hard to digest. Canned dog food often is a good gas producer.
Try an alternative meat source and a brand that does not have tons of fillers and by-products or mystery meat.
My dog had problems with food that had lamb or chicken which most dog foods have so I started her on a Venison food. She eats Nature's Recipe Venison and Rice which has no wheat and dogs that are sensitive to food often do well on it.
Natural Balance has an excellent Venison blend too, with potato.
Pay attn to what treats you give your dog too. Many of the spongey treats that are filled with dyes like fake steaks and bacon or cheesy puff type treats are bad for that.
If you decide to change your dogs food, do it gradually and add a bit of Pumpkin Pie filling in the mix.
Food/Diet is very possibly the main culprit here.
Otherwise, check with your Vet.

change the dog food to a no corn no soy food.
canidae, solid gold, california natural, **** van pattens, innova, wellness are a few good foods.
putting a bit of plain yogurt in the dog food will help on the digestive problem
gas in a dog is related to the dog not digesting the food properly, this usually has to do with the corn and soy in the food.

Change his food.
Read the label, if it contains any corn, wheat, beef or chicken, consider switching brands.
Look into Innova, Wellness, Canidae, and Artemis.
Good luck

buy a water and food dishes that are on stands, or raised off the ground. When they are eating, bent over, when they are swollowing, they are swallowing air along with what ever they are eating and drinking. it causes gas, and causes other conditions too. so gulping and swallowing air are bad.
