Not sure of the answer here....but, I wouldn't bleach it until testing a less conspicuous area first. If you have dark skin it might end up standing out more than the dark hair. I know someone who bleached her upper-lip and she looked like she had a milk mustache (the bleached hair was much more noticeable than her natural hair color.)

Actually, studies show that hair grows back no thicker than before from shaving. It just feels that way because typically the hair is longer and laying down. The new growth is short so it sticks straight up. I have actually been shaving my arm hair for years and it truly seems to have softened. I can go several days in between shavings and they dont feel prickly at all. Another option is getting an epilator. Its like an electric razor, only it pulls your hair out. Once you get used to the minor pain, its really effective. Your hair will grow back thinner and more slowly the longer you use it. Good luck

Don't shave it- it will grow out thicker. Your other options are: get it waxed, use a hair remover such as Nair or go to a place that does laser hair removal.

Sorry honey - I think that waxing or laser would be the only choices. I suppose you could bleach it, but that might look strange.

You can bleach it. Try Sally Hansen, I used it and left my arms' hair almost white.

Honestly, try dying it blonde.
I have friends that do that, and you can't even tell you have hair on your arms.
