WE have been best friends for 4 years....and are both 21 years old. I have loved her as more for about 6 months.

Well, I would simply ask her if she's ever wondered what it was like if the two of you were dating... that way you can gauge her response before you say anything that could possibly ruin your friendship. If she wants to know why, depend on her reaction, you could either tell her that you thought maybe she'd like to see if the two of you go anywhere romatically, or say that someone thought you were dating, and it made you wonder if she'd ever thought about it.

hi looks as friends are going fine, sooner or later you have to plan for more, because most ladys like romance its in the way, that you want to tell her how you feel, then it needs to be a very nice time when you do , the way you plan to tell her will please her heaps if you get it right then youll remmber that moment forever thats sweet, so start planing something nice so you can tell her like dinner then dancing make a night of it to tell her.

That's so sweet! Suck it up & tell her that there's something that you have to say. "I think I'm falling in love with you." It might surprise her, but then again, she might have been thinking the same thing.

tough situation for sure, but i would just go for it and tell her. you have to be ready though, becase this could be the start of something or the end of something. it might be kinda weird if she turns you down, and one or both of you might not wanna talk to each other after that, but if your ready to take the chance than why not go for it
