just started doing weight watchers, just wondering peoples experiences with the diet, any tips to stay full and lose weight would be very helpful.

I lost about 25 pounds this summer on weight watchers. I just ate alot of fruits and vegetables, exercised alot, and drank a ton of water. Sure there were times I was hungry, but I just went and grabbed an apple or plum and it usually helped.

I have a friend who tried weight watchers and Jenny Craig. Didn't lose anything. Of course, that could be attributed to the fact that he drinks 20 beers a night. What an idiot! He can't understand why he doesn't lose weight. I'm sure you'll have better luck.
