lol. i have the same problem - i used to smoke but never got addicted. it had no affect on my stress levels either.
I don't even bother touching the cigarettes anymore, because it smells funky.

You're not an addictive kind of smoker, I reckon, but more of an habitual smoker, like me.
I'd have to agree with others here though, be glad you're not too used to smoking yet and quit while you can. I started for the dumbest of reasons: peer pressure and now although I don't even like it and sometimes it makes me feel bad, I just smoke some more again, just because it feels nice to do so.
I'm not addicted to nicotine either and I had actually quit smoking for 3 years or so, but I guess the longing for the satisfying habit never fades.
If you're sitting on a hot summer night, gazing at the sunset or watching the stars up overhead, I just really dig a smoke.
It's undeniably bad for you though and it will take years off your life.

Considering the high cost of tobacco products, and the health risks, if I didn't crave cigarettes I wouldn't spend my money on them. I've read that the nicotine molecule is seven times more addictive than heroin per gram/molecular weight. I believe it!
How old are you and how much do you smoke and how much do you inhale?
If you don't really care for them do yourself a favor and stop now.
If I had put it a savings account all the money that I have spent on cigarettes, I would have a lot of money in savings!

Are you stupid? Why would you want to throw your life away for your a New Year's resolution? Usually, people make resolutions that make their lives better, not worse. Be glad that you haven't gotten addicted yet and quit while you still have a chance. Once you get hooked, it's going to be 100 times harder to stop. Do you think about your actions and the consequences they'll have? I certainly hope you asked this question as a joke or something, because I don't see any logic in your arguments AT ALL!

Why in the world would you "want" to start smoking? They don't do anything for you, I really don't feel relaxed during or after a cigarette, but after years I am addicted. Stop now while you can, smoking is not cool.

You should be GLAD that you CAN'T get ADDICTED to CIGARETTES!!!!!!
ITS VERY HARD TO QUIT ONCE most people START!!!!!!
I SURE AM GLAD you can't get ANYTHING out of CIGARETTES!!
My ADVICE is!!!! To CHANGE your MYSPACE SETTINGS: SMOKING; NO/ DRINKING; NO, ESPECIALLY if YOU ARE UNDER 18, The DRINKING AGE in SOME STATES is 21 AGAIN!!!
TOO MUCH DRINKIN' can DAMAGE the LIVER, and MAY CAUSE you to NEED a LIVER TRANSPLANT, which NOBODY WANTS, cause they WILL NEED to PARTAKE ANTI-REJECTION DRUGS for the REST of YOUR LIFE!!!
THESE MEDS ARE NOT CHEAP!! So it is CHEAPER to QUIT while you're AHEAD!!
+ It WILL MAKE you A MUCH STRONGER PERSON, instead of A WEAKLING, who DEPENDS on these CRUTCES of LIFE!!!
1 SMOKING---CRUTCH #1
2. DRINKING---CRUTCH #2

it isnt possible to smoke and not get addicted. There are people who do not smoke very often but they are rare and soon they smoke more and more till they try giving up, It aint possible and if you ask people over 40 years old that smoke if they have ever tried giving up some will tell you they gave up for years but look at them thy are smoking again. people who say thay have given up will usually be smoking again within a year or two it is harder to quit cigarettes than it is to quit heroin dont smoke

I think this is an interesting question-not because I know the answer-cause I don't-but because I wondered the same thing about myself after trying cigarettes and other stuff. I think some people have a non-addictive ability. I thank God for that.

I wouldnt bother to start. I started smoking 6 years ago.. now i cough alot.. its nasty. i cough up brown plhem. and i have trouble breathing (i already had asthma) I smell bad, even to me after a whole day. and cigs eat up valuable money i could be using to go to the moives or something. but keep trying, if you really want to start, you will get there eventually. i believe in free choice. even if others dont agree :)
