I was wondering if you can lose weight just by doing sit-ups and havin a diet?

Depends on metabolism, how much time you want to waste doing sit-ups, what you mean by diet, and what you mean by "lose weight". I would tell you that if you want to lose fat, then you would have a long battle. If you seriously want to lose fat, you will have to incorporate more exercises than just sit-ups (I hope you mean crunches). Start out simple. Losing fat/weight takes time and dedication.

You're not going to lose weight doing just sit ups. That's ridiculous. You need to do a combination of aerobics and weight training as well as cutting down on calories.

Sleeping will effect your blody weight so get enough sleep to looss your weight

yes. sit ups burn a lot of calories. and if you're dieting you also loose weight, try drinking a lot of water. good luck

if you eat less, you'll eventually lose weight, with or without any excercise. However, excercise (cardio) helps burn fat and you'll lose weight faster, and tighten up as well.
