In the death and resurrection of Jesus those laws were all fulfilled, we now live under the new law or Testament.

But came to complete the law not to change it. God is the same yesterday today and tomorrow.
Obey the ten commandments. They apply all time.
God did not say do not commit adultery and then through Jesus say Its okay now enjoy yourselves boys.

What I heard is, you won't break any of the ten commandments if you follow Jesus' two rules: 1. Love God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength 2. Love all people as you love yourself. I think sometimes it's harder to follow those two rules than it is to follow the ten commandments.

Sure, but G-d Himself said "no letter of the law shall be changed." Some religions still keep them, but evidently the 10 Commandments don't apply anymore: nobody keeps the Sabbath outside of Judaism and Seventh-Day Adventists (even though it is a different sabbath they keep, and rightly so) and hardly anyone listens to "thou shalt not commit adultery" or "don't covet your neighbor's stuff"

Jesus said "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself"
If you do this, you obey the 10 commandments because they are all summed up in Jesus' statement.

JESUS AND APOSTLES COMMANDMENTS
Acts.15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols,
and from blood,
and from things strangled,
and from fornication:
from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
Matt.22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Matt.22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
Matt.22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Matt.22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Rom.13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely,
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Rom.13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Exo.20:12 Honor thy father and thy mother:
that thy days may be long upon the
land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Exo.20:13 Thou shalt not kill. Exo.
20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.Exo.20:15 Thou shalt not steal.Exo.20:16
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Exo.20:17 Thou shalt
not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife,
nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ***,
nor any thing that is thy neighbor's.

Uh, yes it certainly does! Jesus also said that He didn't come to destroy the Old Testament but to fulfill it, didn't He?

yes. Jesus Christ said to "love the Lord with all your heart, sould mind, spirit", and to "love your neighbour as yourself". If you love God and your neighbour, you'll follow the Ten commanments, though in N.A we have generally any church service/designated church meeting as a "sabbath". and also, the
love is patient, love is kind, it is slow to anger, it does not envy, it does not boast.....come in to loving your neighbour and God.
