My son wore braces and they cost about $150 a month. I paid $1200 up front and $150 a month for a total cost of about $5000.

It really depends on the dentist.. Braces can cost you up to $3500-$5000. My braces were $3500, it was $600 down and about $140 a month. My co-worker ended up paying $5000 for his braces so it was $1k down and about $200 a month. Try to find a dentist that only charges around $3500.

For me it cost 3000 but insurance payed about 2000 and my mom only pays 1800 but she has to pay 147 every month also i am 13 years old i had since April 2009 and having it off around February to March

It depends on your down payment and if insurance covers anything. A normal monthly payment is $150 - $200 a month.
