I watched this thing on tv the other morning and they said that the best way to whiten your teeth is baking soda and peroxide, Half and half , The longer you leave it on the better it works, they said alot of people put it on take a shower then rinse it off try it every day for a week and you should notice a big difference, hope it works for you, It did for me , good luck..

Have a box of baking soda and wet your toothbrush and dip it in lightly........First of all, dry brush your teeth in the AM when you first get up......meaning don't wet your tooth brush. The hardness really helps to get off the plaque. You naturally have saliva in your mouth which will soften the brush, but for awhile the hardness is good.
Baking soda is a non abrasive cleaner.
Use it once to twice a day..(don't use bleach) harmful and deadly if swallowed.....

Frequent brushing with a toothpaste with whitener and flossing and using mouthwash are the least invasive and safest ways to accomplish this.

Avoid coffee, tea and tobacco.
