Lounges like you're taking a step forward then bend your legs down - the back leg to a 90 degree angle and what I call scissors - just lay on your side and do leg lifts both ways (top leg for your outter thighs then bottom leg for your inner thighs) Scwats are good also. - stand with your feet at the same width as your shoulders and bend down then back up.

You can't really lose weights in different places at a time, you have to lose the overall body fat with a proper nutrition and exercise, but to help with toning and slimming thighs do some squats, lunges, and leg lifts that target the thigh and rear area.

any aerobic exercise that burns calories and boosts your metabolism. workout for at least 30 minutes a day for at least several days a week. when you loose weight you reduce proportionately all over. but you also need to do some resistance training, ie weight training for the lower body to tone those thigh muscles up. and don't forget the inner and outer thighs, the adductors and abductors. women are especially partial to those exercises. join a gym so you will have access to the different machines and weight equipment you will need. but are you kidding? healthy sized thighs are Very Sexy.
