there's really no real set number as to how old is to old for you to date some one, but legally if your under 18 then you should date people 18 and under due to the fact that it the person is older then 18 depending on how old u are(for example 12-15), can be charged with statutory rape). But if your parents are OK with you dating some one older then go for it, but you should keep in mind that with older guys comes more responsibility and experience on their part so you should be prepared for that emotionally and know what your getting your self into

depending on the state legally u have to be 15 - 16 yo if you are planning on having an intimate relationship. If it is dating really there should not be a huge age difference especially if you are very young

If your 18, the person can be up to 3 years younger, but no more or it's illegal. They can be any age over 18 though.

If you truly love that someone, you wouldn't be worrying about the legal age. But since you worry, a 25% age difference doesn't sound wrong in this foul society.

depends on your state. Look it up to make sure, in indiana a +18 can date a 16yr old. But maturity is the biggest problem.

Hope this helps

both have to be 18 or older anything under like 18 and 16 it could be statutory rape. this is legal in terms of the law of course and not high school dating.
