It means he wants to take his "man part" and place it in your "woman part..." or somewhere else (I don't want to say where, but I will spell it: B-U-T).

He likes your body and wants to have sexual interactions with you. I would stay away if that is all he wants from you. Getting into a relationship like that is bad news from the start. Believe me I am ending one now and wow it is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.
