Not sugary foods like candy or sweets, carbs (breads, pasta) aren't very good for energy either. You may be anemic (have an iron deficiency), and that could be a reason for your tiredness. You might want to try taking a multivitamin everyday, and as for foods, eat more red meats and veggies. Oh, eggs are a good thing to eat in the mornings (or anytime) that will give you some iron and a little more energy.

OKey dokey! College stinx lol but seriously, I know the feeling. Drink a couple Gatorades or Propels or powerades a day, like between classes. (Remember to drink water, too because the sugar will sit on your teeth- ewwww!) Eat noisy *crrrrunch!* fruits and veggies, like raw carrots, celery, and apples. Apples are tart and acidic, so they kind of give you that extra zing! Chew gum that has intense flavor. Sour candy is good. Anything that will give your tastebuds a kick every now and then during the day is good! Remember to eat a good breakfast no matter what, even if it's after your first class. Eating breakfast really does fuel your brain and stimulate you for the day ahead.
Good luck!! <3

sounds really familiar..had to take an afternoon nap in college...but then again I often stayed up late painting..but I found the best thing that worked was a regular bedtime...usually around 11-12...if the fatigue continutes, get a check up..you may be anemic

Eat small bits throughout the day. I'm fond of all natural trail mixes and things of the like. It works for me.

Caffeine, like coffee and tea. Obviously.
Honey is a natural stimulant, too.
