Blood makes the grass grow.
Guts makes the grass grow green.

sky is blue because of the wave lenth of light scttered by the atmosphere grass is green cause of clorophil but you asked what makes it grow ... sunlight a medium in which to grow usualy soil water and nutriants

the sky is blue because that is the color that is assigned to it, and is accepted worldwide. check your biology notes as to what makes grass grow.
