I've had really long hair that I've been pulling back into a pony tail for the past 4+ years, and before that I just had the same length hair that I kept down. The only major change in my hair is that 2 years I started dying it black, from Dirty blond. I'm curious what's a good, easy to maintain hairstyle that isn't just boring long hair?

Also, if you know any websites with good hairstyles.

I used to have decently long hair as well and wanted a change. I would get up and throw my hair in a ponytail and felt that I needed something to encourage me to wear my hair down and actually have it look good everyday. I had my best friend cut it like Rachel Leigh Cook in Josie and the Pussycats. Using a roundbrush, your hair will look great flipped out or straightened or just blown-dry regularly. Also, it looks good in the growing out stages.

This is the picture I used when getting my hair cut.

When choosing your hairstyle, remember that you'll have a much easier time if you choose a style that lets hair do what it wants naturally.
