Does a child forget it's mother?
A week is nothing, it'll be an experience for the dog to see new places, it will benefit the dog and you.

Yes, she will definitely remember you. Dogs do not have the same "time table" in there mind that people do. You notice a dog can be as excited to see you if you have only been gone 5 min. as he is when your gone for 5 hours. This is kind of the same thing. It wouldn't hurt to take some things with her with your smell and hers on it, perhaps a t shirt, pillow case as well as her favorite toy.

Yes, she will remember you! When you return she may act very excited to see you or she may act kind of despondent but in no way would that mean she doesn't remember you and in no time at all she will be back to her usual self with you.

I'm sure she will. It will take her a while to get used to her new home so make sure she has lots of items from "home". You should go over to this person's house once with your dog so your dog get's used to them and knows they can trust them.
Hope I helped!
