I have been growing my hair for 5 years. And after about 3 it stopped growing. i think it is getting shorter. Can anyonegive me any tips on how i can get it to grow faster.

Buy the best of the best shampoos and conditioners. Take vitamin E daily. Use hotcombs and straightners and curling irons as less as possible. Dont over do it with spritz and avoid dying your hair often..Good Luck...

Mustard oil from inda food stores heat and put in hait bag head for 30 minutes

I've always thought that brushing it {couting at least to 100} would help it grow. My sister always had long hair and she brushed it at least 100 strokes every night.

It still grows, but the normal shedding limits its final length. I prefer neatness to length with my hair style.

Trim it regularly! Healthy hair keeps growing but you need to maintain it!

yes, cut your ends every 6-weeks or 8-weeks.
