According to my best friend, i flirt too much. Here's the thing- i don't mean to. I didn't even think about it until she brought it up. I've always had more guy friends than girls, because i'm more comfortable with them.
I don't even think about it. I just say what i think, and laugh at their jokes. It isn't that i'm trying to flirt- i'm just having fun with my friends. But according to my best friend, "John" absolutely adores me, and another friend acts like he likes me too. So just pray that i don't do anything rash, because sometimes i really want a BF, even though i know its not that important. And i don't want my friends to get hurt, b/c i don't like them like that.
So thanks for listening to crazy, disfunctional me!

thanks everybody. yeah, i am old enough to date- in high school. i don't think she's jealous; altho for a while we did like the same guy.
But seriously, i am not super pretty, and i'm not just being modest, so they aren't attracted to me that way.
And whoever asked, my sign is Leo.

I'll be praying. Just remember not to let relationships with people get ahead of your relationship with God. When I read your description, I actually thought of a girl in my grade...creepy.

I will pray for you, but there is nothing wrong in having fun with your friends. I hope that you are able to continue doing this long after you are older and married. I love my wife and we have fun with a lot of friends similar to that. Keep your sense of humor! You certainly don't sound like you are disfunctional. Have a great week.

You will be OK hon. Just try to maybe be more aware of your actions and remember that guys your age are pretty much living off their hormones. I don't now how old you are. Are you too young for a BF?
Anyway maybe your friend who told you that is jealous.

Umm, there is nothing wrong with flirting. It is part of normal adult interaction. Just because one flirts doesn't mean you have to act on it.
And I'm not religious so I won't pray. But I think you are getting bad advice from your friend.

Sweetie, I am the same way. I'm nice to people and then next thing I know, I'm called a flirt. Some girls just have that effect on the opposite gender. Don't worry about it. It's what makes you unique. By the way, I'm curious as to what your sign is?
Blessed Be.

I have this same problem. But it's different for me; men make me nervous. To compensate for that, I flirt with them, it's like a defense mechanism. I pray for you, and for myself, that Jesus will help us conduct ourselves in a proper, respectful, friendly way around guys...not doing anything that would lead someone on wrongly, or be improper in God's eyes. I ask that He help us both be kind and friendly, but not "forward". These things I ask in Jesus name.

Maybe your "best friend" is jealous of your relationships with the guys.
I will pray for you!

Why do we need to pray for you? If you want a boyfriend, what's the big deal?
