I asked a girl out at work awhile ago. She didn't want to go out with me. Okay, I can live with that. So now I ignore her. She's been pretty unfriendly to me since then by throwing smart-*** condescending comments (but occasiionally looks with interested glares...weird). I asked why she dislikes me and she told me I was too cocky (she also didn't like my "cocky" walk (wtf?). Why does it bother her if I'm unintentionally "cocky"? Is she acting like a little girl who teases people they like or just being a spoiled brat seeking attention? How can I resolve this situation @ a workplace?

It's weird to say this since im a girl, but girls suck. She thinks since you like her she can treat you however she likes. The best way to solve this i just don't give her the time of day. If she insults you at all tell her how big of a mistake is was to even consider going out with her. It sounds like she is the cocky one.

ohhh that really bites....i mean she sounds really mean...if rejection isn't enough for her to get her kicks...i'd say that you should just avoid her...if it shows that it doesn't bother u, what more teasing can she do? if u have to respond being u are with other coworkers, just joke and say, well, what is cocky? how can a walk be cocky? just ignore her...she likes it that a guy is interested but doesn't like u...who cares...

I say just move on. She may be a very attractive woman, but there are plenty of other women out there that will treat you much better. Don't try to change your unintentional *********. It's your personality and you should embrace it. Someone else may find it attractive.

At my job, I asked this girl out on a date. We dated. She didn't like me in the same way I liked her. A month later she married some guy she just met. She is in terrible strates right now. She is seeking mental help and got a divorce. Turns out... She isn't ready for any type of sexual relationships and it pisses me off Cause she is Hot!

She just wants your attendtion. You are doing the right thing, ignoring her. Women always try to have it both ways. But most women don't have anything to offer except sex, So when us men move on they get angry with us. Always remember there are whole allot woen in the world. Don't let one ruin your day. Well you can insult her back, but that might only make things worse, or you can find out exactly how she thinks that you are being cocky and then stop doing those things.

well shes porbabily just looking at u cause shes wondering about u now and why u asked her out.
but all those silly games shes playing are dumb. i agree with the other guy, id quit.
if she cnat grow up enough to be civil then its not worth it.
...not positive but their might be a slight possibility that she wants you to just try harder (SLIGHT!) but shes going about it way to childishly..if i were u, id just let it go..

isn't their some kind of policy against co-worker dating, for just this reason.
that girls gonna annoy you until she finds some other guy that she can mess with. ignore her. she might stop or her behavior might get worse, either way, don't be nice to her. she'll think you're still interested.
