The really expensive boflex is all I can think of. I started with the Total body gym witch work all muscles including the abs. I wound up buying free weights & a barbell for squats & upper body. I still use the machine for my abs & obliques.

Different machines work different muscles. A rowing machine works more areas. Actually the best exercise for all muscles in your body is swimming.

Apparently, there's this machine that can do that. I've never tried it myself so this is only what I've heard. I also can't remember the name of it, but basically, you do crunches for your abs while you use your arms and legs to assist. It looks like a crazy contraption when you first see it, but when you try it out, everything makes sense.

Machines are dangerous in that they don't work important stabilizers and associated muscles, which can lead to injury if you ever try to use them on anything but a workout machine.
Squats and Deadlifts will work your entire body.
