Ok, well i have abs, but i still have some fat over it. I wanted to know if there was any kind of excersise where i can lose it. I heard running helped, but it ain't helping me at all.
Please, tips?

You CANNOT target where you lose weight. If you could, everyone would be doing it. You have to lose overall body fat, which means doing at least 30 min of cardio a day, at least 3 times a week. You'll also need to eat a little healthier. And if you have time, do some light weights for EVERY body part. Muscle burns fat and increases your metabolism.

well, you can target the abs to build the muscle as you probably have done, but to get rid of the fat you have to do pushaways. As in, you push yourself away from the table and dont eat as much, especially stuff you shouldnt be eating.

Stay away from carbs, they store in the stomach and turn to fat and its really hard to get it off...stay away from sodas, breads, chips ,desserts, pasta, etc...also try doing the sideways crunches, they worked for me.

get a swiss ball and do crunches on it 4 times a week..

Cardio paired with crunches......If that doesnt work,...Liposuction.
